At Just Beauty, your satisfaction is our goal. To ensure your safety, and in accordance with the Omani Consumer Protection Law, Just Beauty allows the return or exchange of beauty and personal care products within fifteen (15) days from the date of receiving the product only if the product is damaged upon delivery. Device products may also be returned as long as they have not been used or opened and are in
their original condition, just as they were received from Just Beauty.
?Q: Are there any return fees
A: If you are returning a non-damaged product (devices) in its original, unused condition, a return
fee of 2.000 OMR will apply. This covers delivery to or from the company. This service is free only in
the case of returning a damaged product - in such cases, Just Beauty covers all related fees
