Welcome to Just Beauty (justbeautyom.com), an online beauty store serving customers across the Sultanate of Oman. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Products & Prices

All products sold on Just Beauty are 100% original and sourced from authorised distributors. Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR) and may change without prior notice; the price applied is the one shown at the time of ordering.

2. Payment

Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway and are subject to verification and authorisation by the card issuer. If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed and we may contact you to arrange another payment method. Card details are never stored by Just Beauty or shared with any third party other than the payment gateway provider.

3. Delivery

We deliver to all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman. Orders usually arrive within 1–2 business days, and may take up to 5 business days in some areas. Delivery is free for orders of 50 OMR or more; otherwise a delivery fee of 2.000 OMR applies (0.500 OMR for deliveries to Sultan Qaboos University and UTAS Muscat). Deliveries run from Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

If no one is available to receive the order, our courier will arrange a second attempt. Additional delivery attempts after that may incur an extra fee.

4. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by messaging our customer service on WhatsApp at +968 7909 0166. If the order has already been prepared, the cancellation is treated as a return. For orders paid online, payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges follow our Return & Exchange Policy, in line with the Omani Consumer Protection Law.

6. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. You may request to close or delete your Just Beauty account at any time.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.
